Jane Crawshaw is a British actress who trained at the Arts University Bournemouth. Jane has already worked extensively across stage and screen and has an impressive skill set, including skills in dance, movement, puppetry and as a multi-instrumentalist (Cornet, Trumpet, Flugelhorn, Ukulele, Tin Whistle)

 

Since her training Jane has performed internationally, (in Germany, Japan, Singapore and Iceland), and in many of the UK's leading theatres, including at Polka Theatre, Little Angel Theatre, The Lowry, Soho Theatre, Lyric Hammersmith, Tricycle Theatre and New Wolsey Theatre. Jane was also a dancer in the London 2012 Olympics Opening Ceremony, and worked on the Mass Movement choreography for 'One Million', The Great North Run Opening Ceremony, and for Handbendi Puppet Theatre in Iceland. 

 

Hailing from a small village in North Lincolnshire, at 18 Jane moved to New York and studied film acting at The New York Film Academy. She undertook further training at TVI Actor's Studio and Broadway Dance before being awarded a place on the BA (Hons) Acting course at The Arts University Bournemouth where she graduted with a First Class honours degree in 2010.
