Jane is a freelance actress and theatre maker based in North London. 

Jane was born and raised in North Lincolnshire, spending most of her teenage years working with the school theatre company, performing in venues across the county and at The Edinburgh Fringe Festival.

At 18 she left the beautiful, bright yellow rapeseed fields and slot machines down Cleethorpes seafront and moved to New York. Here Jane studied Film Acting at The New York Film Academy, and undertook further training at TVI Actor's Studio and Broadway Dance.

Following this, Jane was awarded a place on the BA (Hons) Acting course at The Arts University College, Bournemouth, where she graduated with a First Class Honours in 2010.

Jane has trained in Lecoq and Laban techniques, and also has experience in a range of dance forms. Through this, she has strong movement skills. She is also driven to create her own work, and has a keen interest in creating physical theatre through devising and using verbatim source material.
